About the Innkeepers
Carol & Rennie Beaver have operated the Sherbrooke Village Inn for the past 30 years. They were drawn to the area because of the natural beauty, the many lakes for trout fishing and the St. Mary’s River for canoeing. Sherbrooke is a small community where they have raised three sons, who were given a legacy for conservation of the enviornment and a love of nature. Carol and Rennie lost thier 27 year old son Joel in 2007. This was a severe blow to thier close knit family.
Thier lives are centered around community and they enjoy a lifestyle reriched by quiet contemplation. Carol runs the Inn while Rennie the local grocery store. They enjoy thier four grand children who live in Texas and British Columbia and see them two to three times a year.
Carol; " We feel truly blessed to live where we do and for our wonderful family."
